Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me a minimum of 24 hours in advance so I can potentially fill your reserved time slot.
If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, you will automatically be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No call/No show will automatically be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
LATE: Any guest arriving late to an appointment maybe subject to rescheduling the service. If you are too late to perform the scheduled service you will be considered a no show and subject to the above policies.
When scheduling a service you are agreeing to the terms outlined above and fully understand the cancellation policies.
ISSUES or CONCERNS: My commitment is to give you a great experience every time. If you are unhappy with a service you received please do not hesitate to contact me by phone or text. I offer adjustments up to 14 days after the original service. Refunds will not be given.
I am not responsible for any damage to personal items. You may ask to change at the start of your service.
